INJURY TO A CHILD TRIAL – The state began presenting its case against Fernando Cantu Jr., 33, of Decatur yesterday afternoon in 271st District Court in Decatur. Cantu’s attorney, Bill Ray of Fort Worth, said that the initial diagnosis of a skull fracture was incorrect, which led to allegations of child abuse against his client.
