SLIM MARGIN – Chico superintendent Mike Jones was given a contract extension, but the vote was close, 4-3. Trustees G.A. Trustees deferred determining his salary to the summer, when they prepare the upcoming year’s budget. The board also accepted the resignation of high school principal Gerald “Rosie” Rosebure, effective Dec. 21.
