With a commanding 49-10 win over Keller Timber Creek Thursday, Northwest made sure there was no hangover from their loss to Carroll last week.
A strong running game that accounted for 246 rushing yards of offense allowed the Texans to dominate the Falcons.
The victory put Northwest (6-2, 3-2) back in control of their own destiny with only two district season games remaining.
Dennis Adrole got things started with a seven-yard touchdown run to give the Texans an early 7-0 lead.
In the second quarter Emmanuel Moore scored on a 31-yard reception to give Northwest a two-touchdown advantage. He led the receivers with 84 yards receiving.
The Falcons picked up their only score of the first half with a 35-yard field goal to get within 14-3, but Northwest responded with 35 unanswered points.
Chase Morrison ended the first half with a 15-yard run, giving the Texans a 21-3 lead.
Moore struck again in the third quarter with a 71-yard punt return. Morrison hit paydirt again in the third with a 32-yard run.
Adrole ended his night with an 18-yard rumble to the end zone. He finished with 107 yards on the ground.
Northwest will play their home finale next Friday when they host Richland for homecoming.
