The Slidell Lady Hounds picked up a 67-30 win over Goldburg Friday. The Lady Hounds (8-16, 2-3) led 32-10 at the half and cruised to the victory.

“We started out hitting our first four shots to get going and just kept on working from there,” Slidell coach Cody Vanover said.

Ashton Stroope led the way with 24 points, including six 3-pointers. Caitlin Pruett had 20. Kylie Franklin and Marisol Millan each finished with six.
