The Bridgeport Sissies came away with three first-place finishes at the Fort Worth Brewer High School Powerlifting Meet Tuesday.
Bin Na Kim totaled 410 pounds to win the 114-pound class. She squatted 80, bench-pressed 150 and pulled 180 on deadlift.
Kera Serafin took first in the 123-pound class after a 245 bench-press, a 140 squat and a 230 deadlift for a total of 615.
Lacey Erwin was the other top finisher for the Sissies in the 132-weight class with a total of 495 pounds. She squatted 100, bench-pressed 195 and pulled 200 on deadlift.
“The girls competed very well,” coach Ryan Rayburn said. “Many girls brought home better totals from their previous work.”
Rhiannon Howard placed third in the 165 division with a total of 485.
Emily Warren captured second in the 132 class after lifting a total of 375 and Alex Sullivan finished second in the 165 division after a total of 600.
The Bulls competed in their first meet Monday at Carrollton Creekview in squat and bench.
In the 165-pound class Tommy Canales lifted a total of 425, Joey Arquette had a total of 470 and Hunter Gantt lifted 475.
Jessie Williams competed in the 181-pound class and had a total of 455 pounds.
In the 198 pound class, Jose Rodriguez lifted 490, and Jose Salazar had 600.
The 220-pound division had Albert Galvez lifting 675, and Zach Carstens putting up 460.
Cason Mitchum totaled 555 in the 242-pound class.
In the 275-pound division, Bronson Burks lifted 495, and TJ Noble put up 665.
“All of the boys competed very well and did an awesome job,” Rayburn said.
The Bulls will travel to Lake Dallas Monday.
