Bridgeport (5-0) held on to take down the Nocona Lady Indians, 49-42 Tuesday.
“This was a solid team win,” Bridgeport coach Dallas Taylor said. “We are continuing to develop and figure out what we need to do to win ball games.
“I am proud of our work ethic and our ability to adjust to what is being thrown at us during the course of a ball game.”
Elaina Peyton led the way with 11, and Bailey Thompson poured in 10.
Leah Guinn added nine, and Gabby Mindieta had six.
Bridgeport travels to Boyd Tuesday.
