Richland was able to hold off a Texan rally Friday for a 47-41 victory. Northwest (15-14, 6-5) took a one point lead to the final quarter, but got outscored 15-8.

Josh Tatum and Casey Jimison led the Texans with 11 points. Elijah Christman added nine. Todd Christensen had five. Michael Healer tossed in three.

Northwest will host Keller Friday.
