Lady Eagles move past Sanger

The fourth-ranked Decatur Lady Eagles (28-7, 5-0) swept away Sanger Tuesday to remain perfect in district play.

Decatur took the match 25-18, 25-13, 25-18.

Cooper Martin had 12 kills, four blocks and six digs. Makayla Mayfield finished with seven kills, four blocks and 14 digs.

Caroline Lowery added eight kills and eight digs, while Katie Isham recorded four blocks and three digs.

Stormi Leonard dished out 24 assists, six digs and three kills.

Decatur will battle All Saints Tuesday on senior night at the Decatur Gymnasium.
