Krum knocks off Bridgeport

The Sissies (7-29, 0-4) dropped their fourth straight district match Friday to Krum.

The Lady Bobcats won by scores of 14-25, 23-25, 25-9.

“We had a tough first round, but we’re still fighting and look to rebound in the second round of district,” Bridgeport coach Rebekah Cummings said.

Jessica White led the way with 10 kills, a block and an assist.

Leah Guinn had nine digs. Taylor Emola added 10 digs and five aces.

Tylar Chapa dug out six and had four kills. Elaina Peyton had four digs, three kills and handed out 18 assists.
