Decatur played host to the Region 6 Division II powerlifting championship Saturday. The meet was a last ditch chance for these lifters to qualify for state.

Despite their efforts, neither Decatur, nor Bridgeport’s athletes were able to move beyond regionals. Overall Decatur placed 11th, and Bridgeport took 16th.
