Clarke lands on all-state team

Chico’s Hunter Clarke was recently named to the THSBCA all-state team as a second baseman.

The District 9-A Offensive MVP led the county with a .468 batting average, stole 50 bases and had 24 RBIs.

His offensive output helped lead Chico to the area round of the state playoffs. Defensively, he led the Dragons with a .968 fielding percentage.

Clarke also earned the Messenger Co-Offensive MVP award.
