Bulldogs trounce Eagles

The Holliday Eagles led 7-0 for two quarters, until the Alvord Bulldogs took over in the fourth to win 29-7.

Holliday’s Collin Braziel crossed the goal line with a short run in the second. The Eagles were able to hold Alvord scoreless through the third.

The Bulldogs came into the fourth and dominated the field. An 18-yard pass from Cassidy Patterson to Lane Peace evened the score.

The Bulldogs’ Joe Randall put the final nails in Holliday’s coffin, running in three consecutive touchdowns on rushes of 41, 11, and 12 yards.
