The Sissies lost both games in their dual match Tuesday at Bridgeport.

Breckenridge swept the Sissies (5-15) in the first game 25-8, 25-22, 25-7.

“We did not come out ready to play,” Bridgeport coach Rebekah Cummings said. “We had several hitting errors, and did not work on defense the way we know how.”

Leah Guinn had 13 digs and Elaina Peyton added 12 assists.

Lindsay took down Bridgeport in the second match 25-21, 25-15, 25-22.

“We played better against Lindsay, but we struggled to get a consistent offense or defense going,” Cummings said. “We will need to spend the next few weeks working on teamwork and communication.”

Guinn had 18 digs and Jessica White recorded 10 kills. Taylor Emola added seven digs and Peyton handed out 20 assists.
