The Alvord Bulldogs picked up the first district victory Saturday with a 36-31 win over Millsap.

Alvord trailed by eight at the half but outscored Millsap 24-13 in the second half to take the victory.

Kane Rice led the way with 11, and Joe Randall tossed in eight.
