Reps not upholding Constitution

In the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights, Amendment IV states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.”

By voting to retain the current radical NSA surveillance program which targets U.S. citizens without probable cause – the same one used to monitor the foreign battlefield of our enemies – Kay Granger and Mac Thornberry have voted to end the U.S. Constitution, specifically, to cancel our right to privacy. They have violated their oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution!

Ben Franklin said, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

I am ashamed of my representatives!

Sadly more disgusting violations are happening under the “guise” of the war on drugs, than any in the disgrace you speak of, FACT! What is even worse people of all ages and their pets are being terrorized, traumatized , maimed and “KILLIED” In their own homes! Many times with little or no accountability upon the part of their “supposed” public servants! Is there any wonder why the “sheep” of this land don’t see any problem with giving up what those before us died to give us all!!! There is “plenty” of shame to go around, at “every level of government”, city, county, state and federal, FACT!!!IMHO!

Has there “ever” been an independent audit documenting what happens to the money, vehicles, weapons, homes and land taken using drugs as the reason for forfeitures in Wise County? If so does anyone have a link to this documentation?
