HIGH AND DRY - Lake Bridgeport, the top lake in the chain operated by the Tarrant Regional Water District, shows the effects of a lack of rain in its watershed over the last few years. Pinched by  drought and increased demands downstream, the lake is currently 16 feet low. Part of TRWD's long-range plan looks into the possibility of moving water to Lake Bridgeport to strengthen the West Fork supply. Messenger photo by Joe Duty
