The workshop will cover issues related to all city departments, including municipal court, fire department, police department, public works, administration and the newly created EMS position.
The meeting will also feature two special sessions. The first will cover the appointment of the mayor pro tem, a budget update and the topic of officials’ roles.
A second special session, slated immediately following the workshop, will include items on fire department incentives, the community center and police vehicles.
The three-part meeting begins 6:30 p.m. at Rhome City Hall located at 105 First St.
