Council to consider tap rates

{{{*}}}Water matters comprise the bulk of Monday’s Paradise City Council agenda.

At the 6 p.m. meeting at City Hall, elected officials will hear an update on future sewer system and waterline extension options that have been explored for several months. They will also consider revising the city’s water tap fee schedule, installing blow-off valves or a fire hyrdant behind City Hall, and a citizen’s request for a water line.

The council will also continue its discussion on hiring a part-time city clerk and will schedule a budget workshop.

In routine business, they will approve the May meeting minutes and financial report and hear from the Economic Development Corp. (EDC), Planning and Zoning Commission, building department and code enforcement.
