Kellie Michelle Fabia and Eric Lee Shirey of Weatherford were married April 13, 2013, at A&M Gardens in Azle. Rick Davis officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dana and Mike Van Patten of Weatherford and Jackson and Laurie Fabia of Rhome.
The groom is the son of Margaret and Steve Shirey of Paradise.
Escorted by her father and stepfather, the bride wore a Vera Wang dress and veil. She carried a bouquet of her mother’s and grandmother’s brooches, feathers and pearls.
Maid of honor was Emilie Roglin of Weatherford, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Dearmond of Hurst, Britni Beaman of Pearland, Kassie Delong of North Richland Hills and Erica Roglin of Weatherford.
Bridal attendants wore long, light-pink evening dresses that featured pearls and crystals from the top of the dress, around the neck. They carried bouquets of flowers, crystals and feathers.
Flower girls were the couple’s daughter, Brailyn Fabia, and nieces Amber and Ashley Merchant, of Baton Rouge, La.
Ringbearer was the couple’s nephew, Taylor Merchant, of Baton Rouge.
Best man was Junior Hendrix of Weatherford. Groomsmen were Josh Roglin of Weatherford, the couple’s cousin; Chris Shirey of Paradise, brother of the groom; Jackson Fabia Jr. of Rhome, brother of the bride; and Jeff Horton of Weatherford.
Ushers were Shane Lindsey of Alvord, cousin of the groom, and Jarod Howard of Louisiana, brother of the bride.
The bride’s mother and stepfather hosted a reception at the Gardens. It was catered by Vance Godbey’s.
Following a wedding trip to Singer Island at Palm Beach, Fla., the couple live in Weatherford.
