Mr. and Mrs. Cade Ryan Hodgkins

Cassidy D’shae Dane of Decatur and Cade Ryan Hodgkins of Bridgeport were married Dec. 1, 2012, at Willow Lake Event Center in Weatherford. The Rev. John Redfern of the Community Church officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Charlie and Sherry Dane of Decatur.

The groom is the son of Kathi and Don Hodgkins of Bridgeport.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory, lace gown that featured all-over beading, a sweetheart neckline and halter and a sweeping train. She wore a double veil – one floor-length and one finger-tip – and carried a bouquet of wildflowers and sunflowers.

Matron of honor was Chelsey Arnal, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Garrett, Lauren Spence, Brittany Ross and Emily McLauchlin.

Bridal attendants wore ivory, knee-length dresses with brown belts, denim jackets, cowboy boots and turquoise jewelry. They also carried wildflowers.

Flowergirls were Anna Green and Claire Moody. Ringbearers were Bryson and Morgan Cain.

Best man was Donny Hodgkins. Groomsmen were Cody Romines, Leland Whitsitt, Jordan Everett and Chandler Dane.

Ushers were Cary Drevecky, Cason Jordan and Kyle Anderson.

Guestbook attendants were Stacey Park and Randi Jo Spence.

Soloist was Stevie Perkins.

A reception was hosted by the bride’s parents at Willow Lake.

Following a seven-day cruise to the Caribbean islands, the couple live in Paradise.

The bride graduated from Decatur High School and earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Baylor University. She is a neonatal ICU nurse at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

The groom graduated from Bridgeport High School and earned a degree in oil and gas production technology. He is a production operator for Devon Energy.
