Ivan Tarango and Jennifer Grantham of Springtown announce the birth of a daughter, Zoey Zofia Carmela Tarango, on March 3, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 17 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Eduardo and Norma Tarango of Springtown.
