Taylor and Sara Tully of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Ty Ander, on March 7, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

He has a brother, Ryan, 2.

Grandparents are Dave and Peggy Swartz of Lolo, Mont., and Joe and Sandi Tully of Tahoka.

Great-grandparents are Stan and Sherry Swartz of Montana and Chuck and Wanda Hedde of Indiana.
