Amber Howard and Joe Driver Jr. of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Tamara Renee Driver, on Jan. 9, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 17 1/2 inches long.

She has a brother: Cameron Driver, 4; and three sisters: Zahrea Driver, 8, and Dezirae Seagroves, 10.

Grandparents are Cindy and Kenneth Woodruff and Joe Driver Sr., all of Decatur, and Annette Driver of Carrollton.

Great-grandmother is Louise Goode of Decatur.
