Shane and Valerie Tenhet of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Savannah Kay Tenhet, on Dec. 26, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 2.5 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She has two sisters: Jule Lynn Tenhet and Zoe Marie Tenhet.

Grandparents are Ricky and Barbara Boone of Sumner, and Melissa Tenhet of Greenville, Miss.
