Brittany and Joshua Fields of Paradise announce the birth of a daughter, Pearl Marie, on Jan. 8, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Dr. Larry and Elaine Murphy of Springtown and Wayne and Helen Fields of Paradise.

Great-grandparents are Owen and Pat Falls of Springtown and Wayne Moore of Garner.
