Jesse and Melissa Hicks of Azle announce the birth of a son, Owen Timothy, on Oct. 21, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur.

He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 22 inches long.

He has two brothers: Jesse Jr., 15, and Tyler James, 9.

Grandparents are Timothy and Rhonda Grippe of Seguin and Paul Hicks of Bowie.
