Jessica Bishop and Jesse DeBose of Bellevue announce the birth of a daughter, Lilly Jo DeBose, on Feb. 12, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 18 inches long.

She has one brother, Trenton Welch, 13, and one sister, Kylie Dannis, 13.

Grandparents are Jesse Otis DeBose and Linda Jo DeBose.

Great-grandparents are J.W. DeBose, Lois West and Eva Ratliff.
