Traci and Wes Williams of Alvord announce the birth of a daughter, Kylee Jo, on Feb. 4, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 17 1/2 inches long.

She has one brother, Tyler Williams, 4.

Grandparents are Karla and Frank Nelson of Boyd and Barbara and Don Williams of Alvarado.
