Ruby Rivera and Victor Torres of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Kevin Torres, on Jan. 29, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18 inches long.
He has one brother, Hernan Torres, 3.
