Damian and Jessica Morales of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Jaxen Lukas, on Oct. 10, 2013, at Medical Center of Lewisville.

He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Calvin and Sheri Coursey of Bridgeport, Virginia Lopez of Weatherford and Pedro Morales of Levittown, Puerto Rico.

Great-grandparents are Jimmy and Kathren Sherman of Decatur.
