Kasey and Daniel Caldwell of Boyd announce the birth of a daughter, Hailey Beth, on Jan. 22, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Lori and Dwayne Harlow of Decatur, Lee and Tina Bell of Alvord and Paul Caldwell of Rhome.

Great-grandparents are Doug and Nancy Whisenant of Anna and Rose Gibson of Fort Worth.
