Netosha and Casey Laverty of Azle announce the birth of a daughter, Elie Sue, on Feb. 6, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 18 inches long.

She has a sister, Emery Nicole, 21 months.

Grandparents are Barbie and Gordon Laverty of Decatur and Trampas and Darlene Penland of Boyd.

Great-grandparents are Bill and Edna Sue Crunk, Larry and Linda Penland, Violet Morgan and Aaron and Claudetta Laverty.
