Matt and Allison Taylor of Boyd announce the birth of a daughter, Brightyn Claire, on Feb. 15, 2013, at Baylor All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are David and Sherri Taylor of Boyd, Charlie Beltram of Fort Worth and Tammy Richardson of Midlothian.

Great-grandparents are Ola Taylor of Boyd, Dorothy Whatley of Paradise and Naomi Sipes of Boyd.
