Teresita Fraga and Angel Rivas of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Aleeya Monzerrath, on Jan. 28, 2013, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Dora E. Fraga, Enrique Fraga and Guillermo Rivas, all of Decatur, and Aricela Rivas of Mexico.

Great-grandparents are Tere U ate Fraga and Modesto Fraga, both of Decatur, and Guadalupe Pattan and Martin Patlan, both of Mexico.
