Farris awarded highest honor

Elizabeth Farris of Paradise was one of eight Weatherford College graduates singled out for special honors at the spring commencement exercises May 11. By achieving the highest grade-point average (GPA) in their respective degree programs, Farris, along with seven other students, were presented Highest Honors certificates by Vice President of Instruction and Student Services Richard Bowers.

Farris was the recipient of the Highest Honor in Associate of Arts in Teaching.
