Graveside service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Causey Cemetery in Causey, N.M., with her nephews, Jerry and Lloyd Nance, officiating. All other family members and friends will be honorary pallbearers.

On Aug. 30, 1968, she married John M. “Rob” Robinson in Morton. For most of their married life they made their home in Joshua, Decatur and Bridgeport.
Mrs. Robinson had worked as an aide at a school for delinquent children, a prison guard, a real estate agent, as a Mary Kay Cosmetic consultant and as a substitute teacher. Most recently she was involved in the family business of making ropes for rodeo events. Nita enjoyed many things, including painting, making ceramics and playing golf, but her greatest joy was in her family.
She is survived by her husband of more than 44 years, Rob; son Brandon Robinson of Bridgeport; granddaughter Katelyn Robinson; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and John Nance of Causey, N.M.; nieces Lesia (Monte) Radcliff and Pat (Abe) Peralta; nephews Jerry (Kelli) Nance and Lloyd (Cindy) Nance; and several great-nieces and nephews.
