Johnnie L. White, 96, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in Decatur.
Funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Okla., with the Rev. Jeff Moore will officiating. Burial is under the direction of Hawkins Funeral Home of Bridgeport.
Johnnie was born April 12, 1917, in Addington, Okla., to John and Cora (Winiger) Moore. She married Earl M. Lynch and then Walter G. White, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church and several women’s organizations, mostly in the church.
Johnnie was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband; her second husband; two sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie White and husband, Bill, of Runaway Bay; stepson Billy White of Paul’s Valley, Okla; grandsons Joe E. Kimbrough of Denton, Wallace M. Kimbrough and wife, Sharon, of Denton, and MSgt. Stephan Kelly Kimbrough, USAF, of Fayetteville, N.C.; great-grandchildren Lauren, Kara, Ben, Pete and Mitchell; great-great-grandchildren Madison, Ray and Harlee; step-grandchildren Diane and Bill Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
