Joe Paul, 75, a retired technician for LTV, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 in Decatur.
Funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd, with a private burial in Oak Grove Memorial Park in Irving. Rev. Andy Gentry will officiate.
Joe was born May 14, 1937 to Joseph and Josephine (Whitmarsh) Paul in Mathis. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Betty; and his son, David Gray.
He is survived by daughters Pamela Crist and husband, Daniel of Saginaw, Barbara Jo and husband, Alan of Kenly, N.C., Debra Cunningham and husband, Gene of Wortham, and Anissa Satterfield of Springtown; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Cooper of Florida; other relatives and a host of friends.
