James “Jimmy” Stewart Henderson

James “Jimmy” Stewart Henderson, 72, a retired truck driver, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, in Decatur.

Funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home with the Rev. Phillip A. Weitner officiating.

Jimmy was born Dec. 5, 1940, in San Angelo to Stewart and Virginia (Renshaw) Henderson. He married Betty Irby Nov. 17, 2012, in Marietta, Okla.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Henderson of Decatur; daughters Sandra Croteau and husband, Ray, of Sherman, Yvonne DeLarosa and husband, Richard, of Arizona and Lori Hill and husband, Kenneth, of Carlsbad, N.M.; son James “Buster” Henderson and wife, Linda, of Decatur; stepson James Mayfield of Lake Tawakoni; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
