Helen Jo Hatcher, 78, a homemaker, died Friday, April 19, 2013, in Decatur.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, at the Cottondale Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Pugh officiating. Burial will follow in Cottondale Cemetery. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Pallbearers include Jerry Shields, Bill Polster, Shane Caruthers, Justin Caruthers, David Wooten, Clint Cox and Seth Rosbrugh.
Helen was born July 29, 1934, in Penelope to Charlie and Evelyn (Mandel) Lucko. She married Billy Ray Hatcher on Jan. 13, 1951, in Fort Worth. Helen was a member of the Cottondale Baptist Church.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 62 years, Bill Hatcher of Paradise; daughters Paula Rosbrugh of Runaway Bay, and Pam Caruthers and husband, Terry, of Cottondale; grandsons Seth Rosbrugh and wife, Jaclyn, in the Air Force in Germany, Shane Caruthers and wife, April, of Haltom City, Justin Caruthers and wife, Laura, of Argyle; granddaughter Brittney Cox and husband, Clint, of McKinney; brothers Jack Lucko and wife, Jerri, of Haltom City, and Jim Lucko and wife, Peggy, of Granbury; sister Bobbie Wooten of Fort Worth; eight great-grandchildren; other family members and a host of friends.
