Eugenia Floe Forman, 94, formerly of Decatur, died Friday, June 14, 2013, in Denton.
Graveside service was June 18 at Oaklawn Cemetery with the Rev. Ken May officiating. Eugenia was born Dec. 12, 1918, in Decatur to Ray Hugh and Eula Custuous (Daughetee) Forman. She was a graduate of Decatur High School and a retired nurse.
Survivors include her brother, Clint Forman of Waco; nephews Jody Forman and wife, Rhonda, of Corinth, Elbert Forman and wife, Cheri, of Aubrey, Scooter Forman and wife, Rhonda, of Houston, Ray Cook and wife, Caroline, of The Woodlands and Donnie Cook of Erlanger, Ky.; nieces LaDonna Wren and husband, Stephen, of Decatur, and Ann Swingler and husband, Jack, of Austin; and sister-in-law Kathleen Forman of Denton.
Eugenia was preceded in death by her son, Tinney Sloan; brothers Joe and Ray Forman; and sister Harriet Cook.
