C.W. ‘Hoot’ Hall
Funeral is 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Morris Memorial United Methodist Church in Chico with the Rev. Rick Davis officiating. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Westover Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Hoot was born July 21, 1932, in Westover to Joe and Carrie (Bean) Hall. He married Bonnie Welch Sept. 8, 1951, in Altus, Okla. He was a member of Morris Memorial United Methodist Church in Chico.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Bonnie Hall of Decatur; daughter Carla Price and husband, Rodney, of Decatur; sons Bobby Wayne Hall and wife, Laurel, of White Settlement and Ronald Dale Hall and wife, Emilee, of Weatherford; seven grandsons; 11 great-grandchildren; brother Lewis Hall and wife, Deloris, of Azle; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Johnnie B. Brock.
