Andrew Chase Walker, 21, a crane rigger, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, in Lake Bridgeport.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport with the Rev. Joey Vick officiating. Burial will follow at Jim Ned Cemetery in Runaway Bay.
Pallbearers include Manual Esquivel, Chad Walker, Dylan Vincent, Tyler Hunter, Dylan Leija, Michael McDaniel, Levi Forbus, Wesley Moody and Nicholas Leija.
Andrew was born Dec. 2, 1991, to Steven and Robin (Gee) Walker in Decatur. He graduated from Bridgeport High School in 2011 and worked for Fowler Transportation as a crane rigger.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Margie Walker.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Robin Ann McKinney and husband, Willy Jack Vincent, of Chico; his father, Steve Walker and wife, Wynette, of Bridgeport; brothers Ben North of Chico and Chad Walker of Bridgeport; sister Kayla Walker of Durant, Okla.; stepbrothers Dylan Vincent of Bridgeport and Rodney Dunn of Bridgeport; stepsister Stephanie Dunn of Bridgeport; grandparents Lois and Roy Hunter of Chico; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
