The Northwest Texans closed out their non-district schedule with a 55-42 win over the Paschal Panthers Tuesday.
The Texans (9-7) fell behind 10-6 in the first quarter but were able to rally in the second quarter. Northwest outscored the Panthers (3-7) 16-5 in the second frame to take a 22-15 lead at the half.

The Texans kept it going in the third and fourth quarters outscoring Paschal in each of the final two periods.
Three Texans made it to double-digits in scoring. Todd Christensen scored 12 points. Elijah Christman and Jeremy Bartlett both put up 10. Josh Tatum finished with eight points and eight assists. Casey Jimison and David Ogunwolu both added five.
The Texans opened district play against Haltom on Tuesday and will travel to Southlake Carroll on Friday.
