The Paradise Panthers are still searching for their first win, and that search will not get any easier this week.
Paradise (0-3) travels to undefeated Krum (3-0) Friday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
The Bobcats have rolled through the early part of their schedule with wins against Caddo Mills and Farmersville. Last week they took down Alvord, 59-14.
Krum is averaging 40.3 points per game in their three victories.
The Panthers have let the last two games slip through their fingers, losing by a combined eight points.
Things began to turn around against Leonard with 314 total yards of offense, but turnovers and other miscues cost them down the stretch.
Defensively, the Panthers will have to get some stops against the potent Bobcat offense. Leonard put up over 500 yards of offense against the Panthers.
This will be the Paradise’s final tune-up before district play, which begins Oct. 5 against Whitesboro.
