Paradise had led 12-0 at halftime but couldn’t hold the lead, falling to 0-2 on the season.
Henrietta scored on a 13-yard run by Dalton Day in the final two minutes of the third quarter to trim the Paradise lead to 12-7.
Paradise broke a scoreless tie on a 10-yard run by Josh McDowell with 10:44 left in second quarter.
Jarrett Roper added a 6-yard scamper to the end zone with 1:12 remaining in the first half.
Paradise dominated the game statistically, outgaining Henrietta by 134 yards. The Panthers did turn the ball over five times – two interceptions and three fumbles.
Paradise was also flagged 11 times for 80 yards.
Quarterback Tanner Valentine led the Panthers with 71 yards rushing and 78 yards through the air, completing 9 of his 22 attempts with two interceptions.
Jarret Holt hauled in three receptions for 37 yards.
Paradise will try to rebound Thursday in Denton against Leonard.
