Against 14 other teams, the Eagles fired a team total 313 to win the event by 10 strokes in windy conditions.
Wichita Falls finished second with a 323, and Whitesboro was third with a 326.
Dylan Rottner set the pace firing a tournament low 76 to win his second straight tournament. Drew Jones finished one stroke back in second with a 77. Jansen Alker tied for fourth with a 79. Dylan Erwin fired an 81 and Cade Lamirand shot an 89 to round out the first team.
Decatur’s second team captured fourth with a team total 341. Eric Gage led the second team scoring with a 79 followed by an 80 from Charlie Shannon. Kyle Hubbard shot an 89 and Matt Jones fired a 93. Colton Horton turned in a 95.
The Eagles will be back in action Oct. 31 at the Keller Invitational held at Sky Creek Ranch.
