The Lady Eagles finished 40 points ahead of second-place Mineral Wells.
Decatur’s Nicole Neighbors cruised to the individual title with a time of 12:54.
Greenhill’s Rachel Carp was the only runner who prevented Decatur from sweeping the top four spots. Carp placed second in 13:12.
Decatur’s Jessica Kyle finished third in 13:16. Palo Palomo placed fourth in 13:18. Nancy Torres took fifth in 13:22. Georgina Palomo was the Lady Eagles’ fifth runner, taking seventh in 17:24.
Morgan Haney placed 13th in 13:50. Hope Fuller captured 15th in 14:07. Tamera Maywald ran 14:27 for 18th. Jossy Rivera finished 32nd in 15:13.
The Eagles competed in the 4A and up Division and came away with a seventh- place finish.
Taylor Clayton led the running for the Eagles with a fifth-place finish in 16:53.
“We ran good despite missing some guys,” Park said. “Taylor did well against some 5A competition.”
Austin Poole placed 17th in 17:40. Travis Kyle finished 41st in 18:20. Tyler Wilson was 57th in 19:10. Lane Mitchell took 66th in 19:51. Cheyne Hutcheson ran 20:09 for 69th.
Decatur will compete in the Ken Garland Invitational Saturday in Denton.
