The 25th Horn Family Reunion was held July 20-21 at the Civic Center in Boyd.

A brief ceremony was held at Boyd Cemetery in honor of Willie Burl Horn and Blanche Mae Horn. Their son, Earl Horn of Lago Vista, gave a brief talk about growing up in Boyd in the 1940s.

Thirty-two descendants were in attendance at the reunion, which included a formal dinner.
