Makinzy Durham Hall, daughter of Victoria and Rodney Hall of Chico, will represent the state of Texas in the National American Miss (NAM) pageant in Anaheim, Calif., Thanksgiving week.

Hall has received the NAM state finalist and best resume trophies.
